Amazon’s Prime Big Deal Days doesn’t officially kick off until October 6, but we’re already seeing some early discounts ahead of the two-day event, including savings on a couple of Corsair’s gaming headsets.
Right now, you can pick up the Corsair VOID v2 wireless headset for £69.99 or the wired Corsair HS65 SURROUND for £72.78 at Amazon UK. Neither deal is officially part of Prime Big Deal Days yet, but if you’ve been looking for a new gaming headset, they’re worth checking out before the main event gets underway.
Let’s start with the Corsair VOID v2, which is down to £69.99 at Amazon UK, a 30% saving.
It’s a wireless headset with Corsair’s distinctive styling, complete with lighting on the earcups, but there’s more to it than looking the part. The VOID v2 packs Dolby Atmos Spatial Audio and custom-tuned 50mm drivers, designed to give you a better sense of where sounds are coming from in games.
That could mean picking up on a stealthy killer creeping around in Dead by Daylight, hearing where a grenade has landed in Battlefield 6, or keeping track of proximity chat in ARC Raiders and Marathon.

The benefit of a wired headset is that there’s no battery to worry about, and the HS65 SURROUND can be plugged straight into compatible devices, including PS5, where it works with Sony’s Tempest 3D AudioTech.
It also supports Dolby Atmos Spatial Audio and comes with memory foam earcups covered in leatherette, giving it a more premium feel than you might expect from a wired headset.
The microphone has flip-to-mute functionality, too, so you can quickly silence yourself without having to reach for a button when you’re playing a game with proximity chat. That’s particularly handy when you’re trying not to accidentally broadcast whatever’s happening in the room around you to everyone else in the lobby.
So, you’ve got a wireless headset with multi-platform connectivity and long battery life in the VOID v2, or a cheaper wired option in the HS65 SURROUND that doesn’t need charging at all.
