Paul “Zeronis” Kwon is easily one of the most respected artists and character designers working in the games industry today. Zeronis built up a huge fanbase while working at Riot Games, where he designed iconic characters like Ahri, Vi, and Gwen. His work can also be seen in projects like Star Guardian, Honor of Kings, and Arena of Valor. Now Clover Press is celebrating his prolific career with a new art book called Reminiscent: Art of Zeronis.
IGN can exclusively debut a new preview of Reminiscent: Art of Zeronis. Check out the slideshow gallery below to see some of the character designs featured within:
Reminiscent: Art of Zeronis is a 152-page slipcased hardcover book collecting the artist’s professional designs as well as fan art and personal pieces. The book features a mix of portraits, full character designs, and other pieces.
“Zeronis’s work centers on beautifully rendered, anime-inspired characters who feel both powerful and poised, blending grace, strength, and emotional depth into every design,” said Hank Kanalz, Clover Press Publisher, in a statement. “This volume brings together a breathtaking range of illustrations spanning years of artistic growth and deserves a spot on the bookshelf of every art lover and gamer you know.”
The crowdfunding campaign for Reminiscent: Art of Zeronis is live now. Backers have the option of higher tiers that include bonuses like exclusive print sets, sticker sheets, a numbered lithograph, and acrylic prints.
